The once-off R100 registration fee is non-refundable once portal access has been granted.
Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current month are considered where no sessions have been attended and no recordings accessed.
Sessions cancelled by the learner with more than 24 hours' notice are fully refundable or reschedulable. Cancellations by the tutor are always refunded or rescheduled.
